Majestic 1 Vacations, LLC and its owner, Patricia (Pat) Pitts, are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all clients. We are sharing this notice to inform you that Pat was exposed to potential security threats in both 2023 and again in March 2025. While there is no indication that any client information was accessed or compromised, we took immediate action to secure all business accounts and add multiple layers of protection to prevent future incidents.
 

As part of these efforts, Pat has transitioned all email communications from AT&T (the source of the recent breach) to a new secure business email account: majestic1vacations@gmail.com, powered by Google’s business platform.
 

We want to take this opportunity to remind clients of our official payment and communication procedures:

• Majestic 1 Vacations only accepts payments through our secure form system, EmailMeForms, which includes a secured vault, or through a signed travel contract.

• We will never ask for your credit card information via email, phone, text message, CashApp, Zelle, or other third-party electronic payment apps.

• We will never request sensitive personal information (such as passport numbers or birthdates) via email.
   

If you receive any suspicious messages that appear to be from Majestic 1 Vacations or Pat Pitts, please do not engage and notify us immediately.
