Meet Our Owner & Travel Expert
It's our pleasure to introduce Patricia Pitts, expert travel advisor and Registered Nurse. Patricia is from Guyana, South America, but now she calls Georgia home.
She's no ordinary nurse. She's a full-time RN (traveling nurse), OB Nursing Educator, BLS (CPR) Instructor, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Instructor, EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) Instructor and OPS (Obstetric Patient Safety) Instructor. Pat is a one-of-a-kind, kind-hearted nurse who decided to combine her love of nursing and OB nursing education with her passion for travel.
After years of maintaining a successful career, Pat was booking travel for friends and family "as a hobby" and she decided to establish a travel agency of her own. She created Majestic 1 Vacations International, LLC with the hope of bringing people together. But in such a short time, it has become so much more.
Bringing friends and family together to take trips of a lifetime was an amazing opportunity for Patricia. She saw a need for someone to plan the trips and make them happen! She did exactly that. So far, her groups have traveled to Hawaii, Cuba, South America, Dubai, Greece, and Costa Rica.
As a nursing educator, Patricia saw a need for a dedicated time for nursing education which would happen ideally over several days. An idea then sparked from her experience in travel... What if she could create a travel opportunity where OB nurses could travel together to learn and get certified or earn CEs for traveling? At that time, Patricia created an annual group cruise series called the Cruise and Learn Education Series.
Patricia's vision of bringing people together has soared on an individual level as well! She has helped hundreds of singles, couples, families and private groups travel to their bucket list destinations. Patricia's passion for making bucket list trips attainable has helped many travelers achieve their travel goals.
