Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

What is your booking process?

In our experience of booking worldwide destinations, we have created this travel process to ensure satisfaction of our clients and to stay compliant with our travel partners.

1. Travel Request - Submit a quick travel inquiry to Majestic on our website 
2. Consultation - We'll ask you a few more questions by phone or email 
3. Travel Options - Majestic creates up to three travel options to best fit your requests 
4. Reservations - To secure your trip and rates, we'll submit reservation information and a deposit
5. Making Payments - Payments can be made until your final payment date. Visit our website to submit your payment 
6. Travel Preparation - A few weeks before departure, we'll review your travel documents and what to expect 
7. Departure - It's vacation time! We'll be standing by just in case. 
8. Return Home - Majestic will be checking in to ensure you had an incredible trip!

Where should I travel to?

We'd be happy to narrow down where you should travel during your consultation when you're ready to book a vacation! Just submit a trip request completing only the required information. We'll do our best to guide around the world of destination options!

Do travel agents save money?

We do our best to keep competitive ratings to online booking engines. Sometimes we get the best deal; sometimes we fall short a few dollars. Our value goes far beyond bringing discounts to your vacation. As your trusted travel advisor, I offer you travel guidance and advice that saves you time. We hope to far exceed any expectations of your trip. And we always stand-by to help however we can. Our value is priceless!

Does Majestic1 Vacations International only sell travel to nurses?

NO! We help single, couple, families and private groups achieve their travel goals! Our specialty is bucket list and worldwide trips!

But, we do host Perinatal Nursing Education groups called "the Cruise and Learn Series." These are a series of sailings with different educators and locations. It's a great opportunity to meet and learn alongside other OB nurses for a few days and also to enjoy a variety of cruising destinations together! Plus, nurses get certified or earn CEs.

Does Majestic1 Vacations International only book group trips?

Accepted Answer

NO! We would love to book your all-inclusive, cruise or custom vacation package! We love worldwide travel, but can also help with destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Caribbean Islands! Our expertise is in South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and other exotic locations, too.

We do, however, love hosting groups! Sharing in moments with our friends, family and other like-minded individuals is an incredible experience for us and the other guests. Enjoying the world together as a group is like nothing else!

Question 11

Are there payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Most vacations booked at least three-four months in advanced will have payment plans available. These include cruises, resorts, and some vacation packages.

Rates, including deposit dates and final payment dates, will be noted at time of booking. You can submit as many payments between the time of booking and the time of travel as you'd like by visiting our website. Final payment dates are NOT negotiable.

What do I do if I want to cancel?

We are sorry to see you cancel! If you want to cancel your vacation, please submit a "Request to Change or Cancel" form on our website.

Please note: Cancellation requests are $25 per traveler. We work very hard to create vacation options for travelers without being paid by suppliers until after travel. If you cancel, we won't be paid. We ask for this small fee as a processing fee for our time and investment into your trip.
